Embodiment 1

[0039] (1) Hydrophilic polyester chips are produced by continuous polymerization process, and its formula is as follows:

[0040]

[0041] Mix terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol in proportion to prepare slurry. The prepared slurry was mixed with the catalyst tetrabutyl titanate and then put into an esterification reactor for the first esterification reaction. The temperature of the first esterification reaction was 225° C., the reaction time was 4 hours, and the relative pressure of the reaction was 0 MPa. The by-product water is separated and collected by a fractionating tower, and the collection amount is measured with a graduated cylinder, and the theoretical value is calculated according to the reaction formula. When the collection amount of water reaches 82% of the theoretical value, add sorbitol and polyethylene glycol (PEG-2000 ) to carry out the second esterification reaction, the temperature of the second esterification reaction is 240° C., the pressure is norma...

Embodiment 2

[0047] (1) Hydrophilic polyester chips are produced by continuous polymerization process, and its formula is as follows:

[0048]

[0049] Firstly, ethylene glycol and titanium dioxide are mixed in proportion for beating, and then mixed with terephthalic acid in proportion to prepare slurry. Mix the prepared slurry with ethylene glycol antimony, antioxidant 1010 and trimethyl phosphate in proportion and then add it to the esterification reactor for the first esterification reaction. The temperature of the first esterification reaction is 250°C, and the reaction time is 0.5h, the relative pressure of the reaction is 0.4MPa. The by-product water is separated and collected by a fractionating tower, and the collection amount is measured with a graduated cylinder, and the theoretical value is calculated according to the reaction formula. When the collection amount of water reaches 95% of the theoretical value, add sorbitol and polyethylene glycol (PEG-4000 ) to carry out the se...

Embodiment 3

[0053] (1) Hydrophilic polyester chips are produced by continuous polymerization process, and its formula is as follows:

[0054]

[0055] Firstly, ethylene glycol and titanium dioxide are mixed in proportion for beating, and then mixed with terephthalic acid in proportion to prepare slurry. Mix the prepared slurry with antimony trioxide, antioxidant 168, and alkyl phosphoric acid diester in proportion, then add it to the esterification reaction kettle for the first esterification reaction. The first esterification reaction temperature is 230°C, and the reaction The time is 2.5h, and the relative pressure of the reaction is 0.25MPa. The by-product water is separated and collected by a fractionating tower, and the collection amount is measured with a graduated cylinder, and the theoretical value is calculated according to the reaction formula. When the collection amount of water reaches 85% of the theoretical value, add sorbitol and polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000 ) to carry ...

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of an antistatic hydrophilic polyester fiber. The preparation method is characterized in that the specific steps are as follows: step 1, mixing terephthalic acid with ethylene glycol in a molar ratio of 1:1.05 to 2.0 to prepare slurry; adding the prepared slurry into an esterification reactor to perform a first esterification reaction; when the amount of the by-product collection of the first esterification reaction is up to 82-95% of the theoretical value, adding sorbitol and polyethylene glycol to perform a second esterification reaction; after the esterification reaction, performing a polycondensation reaction on the obtained esters to prepare antistatic hydrophilic polyester; and step 2, performing melt spinning on the obtained antistatic hydrophilic polyester to prepare the antistatic hydrophilic polyester fiber. The preparation method provided by the invention has good modification effect and is suitable for the melt direct spinning process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of antistatic hydrophilic polyester fiber. Background technique [0002] Since polyester and polyester fiber entered large-scale industrialization in the 1970s, the development speed is much faster than other synthetic materials and synthetic fibers. In 2010, the output of polyester fiber in my country was 25.13 million tons, accounting for about 81% of my country's chemical fiber output; It accounts for about 70% of the world's polyester fiber production. In the next 10 years, the world's polyester and polyester fiber will still maintain a growth rate of more than 3%, and polyester fiber will account for more than 60% of the world's total fiber products. The physical and mechanical properties of polyester fibers such as strength, abrasion resistance, resilience and dimensional stability can better meet the needs of various uses. However, polyester fiber is a typical hydrophobic fiber with a moisture regai...
