Abstract

The fabric desizing agent consists of the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of amylase, 3-5 parts of sodium persulfate, 2-6 parts of methyl cellulose, 0.2-0.6 part of sodium hydroxide, 10-20 parts of butyl acetate, 20-40 parts of isopropyl alcohol, 1-3 parts of butyl phthalate and 100-160 parts of water. Compared with the prior art, the fabric desizing agent has the following beneficial effects of (1) being good in desizing effect and enabling size to be fully hydrolyzed without damaging a fabric, and (2) removing impurities and minerals on the fiber, and improving the whiteness and hydroscopicity of a semi-finished product of the fabric.
