The repairing agent consists of a surfactant and multiple microbes, wherein the surfactant accounts for 5-15wt% of the repairing agent; the surfactant comprises palm quaternary ammonium salt, magnesium laurate and gemini-based coconut oil betaine which are mixed at a ratio of 1:1:1 by adding a diluent; each microbe accounts for the following percent in total mass of the microbes: 20-40 percent of bacillus subtilis, 20-40 percent of lactic acid bacteria, 10-30 percent of candida, 5-10 percent of denitrifying bacteria and 5-10 percent of photosynthetic bacteria.
