Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacture method of a chitin biological fertilizer with a slow-release function. The manufacture method is characterized by comprising the following steps in sequence: modifying oyster shells by chitosan under the assistance of the microwave time and again, thus obtaining a modified oyster shell powder adsorbent in which chitosan and chitosan oligosaccharide are adsorbed and embedded and chitin is wrapped; compounding the modified oyster shell powder adsorbent with chitin; and compounding the product with a water swelling and conservation agent so as to obtain the slow-release type chitin biological fertilizer which contains the oyster shell powder, chitosan (chitosan oligosaccharide), chitin, humic acid, polyacrylamide, organic acid chelate titanium and urea peroxide, wherein the water swelling and conservation agent comprises humic acid, polyacrylamide and an initiator.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fertilizers, and in particular relates to a method for preparing microelement fertilizers containing organic titanium by using a microwave chelation process. Background technique [0002] With the long-term use of chemical fertilizers, hundreds of millions of years of accumulated chitin and chitosan have been destroyed. With the long-term use of pesticides, insects in farmland have been greatly reduced, breaking the chitin cycle chain. The lack of chitin and chitosan in the soil, the lack of nutrients for actinomycetes, and the inability of the actinomycetes to reproduce, the poor immune function of crops, and the pathogenic bacteria in the environment have led to serious crop diseases. [0003] The cycle chain of chitin in nature is that insects fall into the soil after death, providing a food source for soil microorganisms. On the other hand, chitin is decomposed by chitinase and chitosanase in the soil...
