Problems solved by technology

[0004] For this reason, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention lies in the difficulty of controlling the pore size of the existing aeration sheet, which leads to the poor aeration effect and the problem that the sewage easily enters the air distribution pipeline, and then provides a kind of aerator with good aeration effect, and the sewage is not easy to enter the pipeline. The aeration sheet provides a preparation method of the aeration sheet with low energy consumption and little environmental pollution

Embodiment 1

[0026] The aeration sheet of the present invention includes aggregate particles and a hydrophobic binder coated on the aggregate particles, and pores that gas molecules can pass through and liquid water molecules cannot pass through are formed between adjacent aggregate particles, so The diameter of the pores is 0.001-0.5mm.

[0027] The aggregate particles in this embodiment are a mixture of quartz sand and slag at a weight ratio of 5:1, the particle size of the quartz sand is 0.0065-1 mm, and the particle size of the slag is 0.016-2 mm. The hydrophobic binder is a bisphenol A saturated polyester resin, and the hydrophobic binder accounts for 1% by mass of the aggregate particles.

[0028] The aeration sheet is made by the following method:

[0029] a. Mix aggregate particles with polyester resin bisphenol A saturated polyester resin in a weight ratio of 100:1 and pour into a mixer to stir evenly;

[0030] b. Pour the aggregate particles bonded with the hydrophobic binder...

Embodiment 2

[0033] The structure of the aerator in this embodiment is basically the same as that in Embodiment 1, and the differences are:

[0034] A layer of hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene is coated on the aggregate particles of the aeration sheet. The aggregate particles are a mixture of quartz sand and ceramsite at a weight ratio of 4:2, the particle size of the quartz sand is 0.65-2 mm, and the particle size of the ceramsite is 0.036-0.45 mm. The hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene is 8wt% of the aggregate particles.

[0035] The method that the hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene is coated on the aggregate particles is:

[0036] 1) Heating the hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene to a molten state;

[0037] 2) When the aggregate particles are heated to 210°C, add the hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene, stir and mix for 30 seconds, so that the hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene is evenly dispersed on the surface of the aggregate particles;

[0038] 3) Add hexamethylenetetrami...

Embodiment 3

[0046] In this embodiment, the aggregate particles that make up the aeration sheet are formed by mixing ceramsite and glass microspheres at a weight ratio of 2:1, the particle size of the ceramsite is 0.075-0.6 mm, and the glass The particle size of the microbeads is 0.04-0.15 mm. The aeration sheet includes aggregate particles and a hydrophobic binder arranged between the aggregate particles, and the diameter of pores between adjacent aggregate particles is 0.1-0.3 mm.

[0047] Wherein, the hydrophobic binder is a fluorine-containing epoxy resin binder 2,2-bisphenol-based hexafluoropropane diglycidyl ether, and the hydrophobic binder accounts for 4% by mass of the aggregate particles .

[0048] The aeration sheet is made by the following method:

[0049] a. Pour the aggregate granules and the hydrophobic binder into a mixer at a ratio of 25:1 and stir evenly;

[0050] b. Pour the aggregate particles bonded with the hydrophobic binder into a forming mold;

[0051] c. The ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an aeration sheet and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of water treatment. The aeration sheet is formed by bonding aggregate particles to a hydrophobic adhesive; and holes through which gas molecules can pass and liquid water molecules cannot pass, are formed between adjacent aggregate particles. The preparation method of the aeration sheet is free from high-temperature firing; and the aeration sheet can be obtained only by pouring the aggregate particles wrapped with the hydrophobic adhesive in a forming mould, placing at 5-120 DEG C for 1-48 hours, curing, forming and releasing the mould. Due to the aeration sheet disclosed by the invention, the technical problems of being poor in aeration effect and easy for sewage to enter a gas distribution pipeline caused by difficult control of the aperture of the current aeration sheet are solved. Simultaneously, due to the preparation method of the aeration sheet disclosed by the invention, the problems of being high in energy consumption and serious in environmental pollution of the current aeration sheet are solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of water treatment, in particular to an aeration sheet and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the aerobic process of water treatment, microporous aerators are often used to supply oxygen to the water to meet the oxygen demand of the aerobic process. At present, the common microporous aerators for sewage treatment adopt diaphragm microporous aerators. Among them, the aerators generally include rubber diaphragms and ceramic and corundum microporous aerators. The rubber diaphragm has many opening and closing micropores. When ventilating, the pressure air source enters the base of the aerator through the pipeline. Under the action of air pressure, the rubber diaphragm slightly bulges upwards and expands the rubber diaphragm. The micropores on the sheet, the gas passes through the micropores to form small bubbles, and provides dissolved oxygen to the sewage treatment tank for biochemical treatm...
