Abstract

The invention discloses a dry anaerobic fermentation system and a method for production of biogas. The system comprises a fermentation tank, material feeding devices, batch mixing raisers and pneumatic stirring devices. When the pneumatic stirring devices inject gas into the fermentation tank and the material feeding devices feed a fresh material into the batch mixing raisers, a fermented material at the bottom of the fermentation tank enters into the batch mixing raisers under pushing by injected gas and is mixed with the fresh material fed into the batch mixing raisers by the material feeding devices, and a mixed material obtained after mixing enters into the fermentation tank from the upper parts of the batch mixing raisers. Thus, the dry anaerobic fermentation system provided by the invention enables full and uniform mixing of the fermented material in the fermentation tank and the fresh material fed by the material feeding devices to be conveniently realized, so arrangement of a large-scale backflow mixing apparatus out of the fermentation tank is omitted.
