[0039] In order to realize the recovery and enrichment of trace amounts of uranium in the waste water, the pre-treatment of the waste water is carried out first, the ammonia is removed by distillation, and then the solid impurities and high-molecular organic matter in the waste water are removed by filtration, so that the uranium-containing waste water is used as the waste water to be treated in the present invention. For uranium-containing wastewater, the enrichment of uranium is realized through the silica gel adsorption-leaching process. For the specific process, see figure 1 shown.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for recycling uranium in uranium-contained waste water. The method is characterized by recycling and enriching the uranium in the waste water through the steps of ammonia removal of the waste water as well as pretreatment of organisms, uranium adsorption by chromatographic columns, scouring by acid solution and deposition. The method is high in recycling efficiency, low in cost, free from producing secondary waste liquid, compact in technological flow, applicable to the treatment of different uranium-contained waste liquid and high in practicability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a wastewater treatment method, in particular to a method for recovering uranium in uranium-containing wastewater. Background technique [0002] High temperature gas-cooled reactor nuclear fuel element ceramic UO 2 The production of core particles adopts the sol-gel method, and the gelling medium used is mainly ammonia water. The process includes dissolution, gelation, dispersion, aging, washing, drying and other steps. First, dissolve U by heating with analytically pure nitric acid 3 o 8 Prepare uranyl nitrate aqueous solution from solid powder, and prepare a colloid with a certain uranium concentration with various additives according to a certain formula and process. The additives include urea, a binder polyvinyl alcohol, and a crosslinking organic matter such as tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol; then, the glue liquid is dispersed into uniform glue droplets through the pressure vibration nozzle, and the droplets enter the ammoni...
