Abstract

According to the application of the terpenoid, an ionane type sesquiterpene compound separated and obtained from leonurus for the first time can obviously inhibit the platelet aggregation in vitro and has extension tendencies to prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and thrombin time (TT) and has a certain anticoagulation activity, so that a new choice is provided for the development of natural anti-thrombus drugs.
