Abstract
The invention discloses mycelium extract for a helicobacter pylori-resistant biological medicine and a preparation technology thereof. Hericium erinaceus culture is subjected to reflux-extraction by ethanol having a volume concentration of 40 to 80%; extracting solution is subjected to rotary evaporation at a temperature of 30 to 80 DEG C; and the evaporation products are added with water and precipitates are separated out. The mycelium extract breaks the principle that the prior art mainly utilizes common antibiotics such as amoxicillin, gentamycin, clarithromycin and amoxicillin and an auxiliary acid-inhibition agent (such as a bismuth agent) to treat helicobacter pylori-caused infection, and has obvious treatment effects and small side-effect.
