Abstract

A double-layer capacity voltage balancing circuit is used for performing voltage balancing on an energy storing unit, increasing energy transferring channels and improving balancing speeds and in addition, achieving zero-current on-off of a power switching element through a series resonance subcircuit based on a soft-switching technology and reducing loss in switching. With the voltage balancing circuit, a series connection super capacitor set can achieve voltage balancing in a short time. Reliability and safety of all units which works for a long time can be improved. Owning to the series connection resonance subcircuit, loss of switching of the circuit is little. As the control method can determine a working mode of the voltage balancing circuit, the voltage balancing circuit is little in power consumption in a standby state. The whole voltage balancing system is faster in speed, less in loss and higher in efficiency.
