Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and relates to a sebum liposome and a preparation method of the same. The sebum liposome comprises ceramide, phospholipid, free fatty acids and cholesterol, wherein the ceramide is a corn extract, namely, corn ceramide, the phospholipids is soya bean lecithin, and the free fatty acids comprise palmitic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid; the molar ratio of the ceramide to the phospholipid is (1:1)-(9:1), and preferably 2: 1; and the molar ratio of the ceramide or the phospholipid to cholesterol is not greater than 1 / 3, and preferably not greater than 1 / 5. A novel medicine-loading system for the sebum liposome is put forward for the first time; and the system can be used for external preparations, has the advantages of being high in medicine-loading capacity and good in stability, as well as is high in affinity with the skin, and capable of reducing the irritation of the external preparations, enhancing the union of the broken skin, and providing a better application prospect for the external medicine preparations.
