When the glass insulator material is 18 DEG C, the volume resistivity is larger than 5*1014. When the glass insulator material is 90 DEG C, the volume resistivity is larger than 2*1010. When the glass insulator material is 18 DEG C, the dielectric loss D is smaller than 1.4%. When the glass insulator material is 40 DEG C, the dielectric loss is smaller than 2.0%.
