Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining the biodegradability of biomass pyrolysis bio-oil. The method comprises the steps of (1) acquiring inocula from at least 10 places where various chemical substances are used and emitted, and culturing the inocula; (2) preparing a culture medium stock solution for a test from an analytically pure reagent, and then, preparing a culture medium for a test from the stock solution; (3) determining the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the bio-oil by using a COD determinator; (4) preparing a test liquid from the culture medium; (5) determining the oxygen volume consumed by the inocula by using a BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) determinator when the bio-oil is subjected to 28-day biodegradation; and (6) dividing a COD value by a BOD value so as to calculate the fast biodegradability of the bio-oil. The method has the advantages that the operation is simple, used instruments are fewer, the data processing is easy, and the like.
