The composite microbial agent can utilize different-stage physicochemical environments during a compost heaping process, overcomes adverse effects brought by inappropriate physicochemical properties, promotes rising of a pile temperature in a relay temperature rising manner, and effectively prolongs the duration time of a compost high temperature period. With combination of a mixed bacteria liquid culture medium provided by the invention, the composite microbial agent can be effectively applied to rapidly increase the compost pile body temperature, also is used for the composting treatment of the pathogen-infected animal carcasses, and improves the composting efficiency.
