Abstract

The invention discloses an LZAS (Li2O-ZnO-Al2O3-SiO2) series microcrystalline glass gradient coating composite board and a preparation method. The LZAS series microcrystalline glass gradient coating composite board aims to solve the problem of low bonding strength between the existing microcrystalline glass coating and a steel substrate caused by high thermal stress easily generated in the preparation process because the existing microcrystalline glass coating is single layer and various physical property parameters of the coating and the steel substrate are greatly different; and the composite board comprises a metal substrate, a transitional layer and a toughening layer, wherein the transitional layer is located between the metal substrate and the toughening layer. The composite board provided by the invention has the characteristics of good plasticity and welding performance of common carbon structure steel; and the hardness and the tenacity of the composite board can be greatly improved through a gradient structure. The composite board prepared by the method provided by the invention has excellent properties; the composite board can be applied to occasions such as a coal mine in which a coal hopper, a runner and a separator blade have high requirements for abrasive resistance and erosion resistance of materials; and therefore, the composite board has a bright application prospect.
