Problems solved by technology

There are many studies on resource utilization of starch wastewater, such as the use of starch wastewater to produce biogas. Since the biogas slurry cannot be effectively used and treated, this mature treatment method has gradually been abandoned.
There is also the use of starch wastewater to produce microbial flocculants, single-cell proteins, pullulan polysaccharides, microbial pesticides, etc., which cannot be implemented due to complex processes and high product costs.

Embodiment Construction

[0014] Step 1: filter the waste water discharged from the production of cornstarch or wheatstarch into a closed container after using a stainless steel screen with a mesh size of 2-3mm to filter out impurities;

[0015] Step 2: Inoculate the starter with 8% of the weight of the added wastewater for anaerobic fermentation. The starter is prepared from Lactobacillus acidophilus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae at a weight ratio of 1:1. The fermentation temperature is 30-35°C. When the pH of the liquid drops below 3.5, the fermentation process is completed;

[0016] Step 3: Add ferrous sulfate by 4% by weight in the above-mentioned fermented liquid.

[0017] The wastewater discharge time used in the step 1 is no more than 2 hours. Because the starch wastewater that exceeds 2 hours breeds too many bacteria, it cannot be used as a fermentation raw material.

[0018] The organic fertilizer produced by the above process has the following effects and characteristics:

Abstract

The invention provides a production method for a liquid organic fertilizer by using starch wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, filtering wastewater discharged during production of corn starch or wheat starch to remove foreign materials and adding the wastewater having undergone filtration into an enclosed container; step 2, inoculating a starter accounting for 5 to 10% of the weight of the wastewater for anaerobic fermentation, wherein the starter is prepared from lactobacillus acidophilus and saccharomyces cerevisiae in a weight ratio of 1: 1, fermentation temperature is 30 to 35 DEG C, and fermentation is completed when the pH value of fermentation broth decreases to less than 3.5 according to detection results; and step 3, adding 3 to 5 wt% of ferrous sulphate into the fermentation broth. The method provided by the invention can both effectively mitigate pollution of the wastewater to the environment and realize utilization of the waste, and the prepared liquid organic fertilizer has the advantages of small investment, simple process, substantial fertilizer efficiency, low production cost, remarkable competitive advantages and great market potential.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a production method of agricultural fertilizer, in particular to a method for producing liquid organic fertilizer by utilizing starch wastewater. Background technique [0002] Wheat starch and corn starch are widely used in industrial production and daily life, but a large amount of wastewater will be generated in the production process. The wastewater contains a certain amount of organic components such as starch, pentosan, and protein. Direct discharge will cause serious environmental pollution. At present, the treatment methods of starch wastewater all adopt the treatment method of domestic sewage, that is, the activated sludge method, and the COD can be discharged after reaching the standard. There are many researches on the resource utilization of starch wastewater, such as using starch wastewater to produce biogas. Since the biogas slurry cannot be effectively used and treated, this mature treatment method has gradually ...
