Abstract

The invention relates to an oil paint capable of being cured by ultraviolet rays and a preparation method thereof. The oil paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of an active polymer, 20-30 parts of an ionic compound, 3-5 parts of a special group polymer, 0.2-2 parts of an addition agent, 1-10 parts of a solvent and 10-20 parts of added resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring the active polymer, the ionic compound, the special group polymer, the addition agent, 60-80 wt% of the solvent and the added resin in a reaction container for 15-30 minutes, and adjusting the solid content to be not less than 85 wt% by the residual solvent to obtain the oil paint capable of being cured by the ultraviolet rays. Compared with the prior art, the oil paint has the advantages of better environmental protection performance, high curing efficiency, relatively strong adhesive force and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a paint coating and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a UV-curable paint and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to their own living environment. Since the 1990s, countries have proposed that the ozone layer in the atmosphere has been destroyed by 28 million square kilometers, the temperature has risen by 0.5 degrees Celsius every year, and the millennium ice and snow in the north and south poles have begun to melt; if this rate continues, the sea level will rise by more than 60 meters. People all over the world are calling for this "green environmental protection, return to nature". In the traditional car painting industry, car paints are generally baking paints. In the car factory, after the frame and shell are welded (and sometimes repaired by hand), the next process is painting. Generally speaking,...
