Problems solved by technology

[0003]In order to reduce the cost, the worn and damaged parts are usually repaired and then reused. Generally, surfacing welding is used for repairing. However, some problems are often encountered during surfacing welding repairs, such as The weldability of the base material is poor, and the worn parts are generally medium carbon steel or alloy steel with surface heat treatment, which has poor weldability and unstable welding quality; it may also be welding deformation, and the left and right parts may be out of axis and asymmetrical after surfacing , side bay, difficult processing and other phenomena, these problems will make repair difficult or fail to meet the use requirements after repair
In addition, smaller workpieces and delicate parts are not suitable for surfacing repair

Embodiment 1

[0021] The present invention comprises the steps:

[0022] 1) Pretreatment: Clean the worn part of the part with a hand electric drill, remove the fatigue layer on the worn surface and the matrix metal in the vicinity of about 2mm, process it into a groove shape, and then use a cleaning machine to clean the oil stain on the surface to be repaired and the surface of the accessory.

[0023] 2) Coating the bottom layer: Preheat the part to be repaired to about 100°C before applying glue, apply resin glue in the tank to be repaired and roll it repeatedly evenly, discharge the residual air in the repair layer, so that the resin and the metal are fully bonded catch. The base layer is about 2mm lower than the surface of the part, and cured for 1h.

[0024] 3) Coating surface layer: Mix tungsten carbide particles with an average particle size of 0.05mm and resin at a ratio of 1:3, mix evenly and apply it on the base layer as a cover layer, and repeatedly roll it to fully contact wit...

Embodiment 2

[0027] The present invention comprises the steps:

[0028] 1) Pretreatment: Use a grinder to clean the worn part of the part, remove the fatigue layer on the worn surface and the matrix metal in the vicinity of about 2mm, process it into a groove shape, and then use a cleaning machine to clean the oil on the surface to be repaired and the surface of the accessory.

[0029] 2) Coating the bottom layer: Preheat the part to be repaired to about 80°C before applying the glue, apply resin glue in the tank to be repaired and roll it repeatedly evenly, discharge the residual air in the repair layer, so that the resin and the metal are fully bonded catch. The base layer is about 5mm lower than the surface of the part and cured for 12 hours.

[0030] 3) Coating surface layer: Mix tungsten carbide particles with an average particle size of 0.1mm and resin at a ratio of 1:5, mix evenly and apply it on the base layer as a cover layer, and repeatedly roll it to fully contact with the base...

Embodiment 3

[0033] The present invention comprises the steps:

[0034] 1) Pretreatment: Use a grinder to clean the worn part of the part, remove the fatigue layer on the worn surface and the matrix metal in the vicinity of about 2mm, process it into a groove shape, and then use a cleaning machine to clean the oil on the surface to be repaired and the surface of the accessory.

[0035] 2) Apply the bottom layer: preheat the part to be repaired to about 150°C before applying glue, apply resin glue in the tank to be repaired and roll it evenly repeatedly to discharge the residual air in the repair layer, so that the resin and the metal are fully bonded catch. The base layer is about 3mm lower than the surface of the part and cured for 36 hours.

[0036] 3) Coating surface layer: Mix tungsten carbide particles with an average particle size of 0.3mm and resin at a ratio of 1:3, mix evenly and apply it on the base layer as a cover layer, and repeatedly roll it to fully contact with the base la...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for repairing components by the aid of mixtures of tungsten carbide particles and resin. The method includes steps of (1), pretreatment: cleaning abraded positions of the components by the aid of electric hand drills or grinding wheel machines, thoroughly cleaning fatigue layers of the abraded surfaces of the components and base metal within approximately 2mm ranges near the fatigue layers, machining grooves on the components, and removing oil stain by the aid of cleaning machines; (2), bottom layer coating: preheating the to-be-repaired positions of the components, coating resin adhesive in the grooves of the to-be-repaired components, repeatedly uniformly grinding the components, exhausting residual air in the repaired layers and solidifying the resin adhesive; (3), covering layer coating: uniformly coating the mixtures of the tungsten carbide particles and the resin on bottom layers to form covering layers, repeatedly grinding the covering layers to sufficiently joint the covering layers with the bottom layers and adjacent metal, exhausting residual air and solidifying the mixtures; (4), surface machining: machining the covering layers by the aid of grinding machines, files or polishing processes, and recovering the sizes and the performance of the components. The tungsten carbide particles and the resin are mixed with one another according to a certain proportion to form the mixtures. The method has the advantages that welding can be omitted, a cold machining mode is adopted, and accordingly an excellent repairing effect can be realized.

Description

technical field [0001] This method is suitable for repairing and remanufacturing of worn parts of steel parts. Background technique [0002] During the long-term service of construction machinery products, some parts of them are worn out, such as scratches on the piston rod of the oil cylinder, wear on the swash plate of the oil pump, wear on the oil seal of the transmission shaft, etc., oil and grease leak from the worn part of the product during work, which affects the product. Normal work, in serious cases, the product cannot run, and worn parts need to be replaced with new ones or repaired. my country's construction machinery product market has a huge amount, and the proportion of products that have entered the decommissioning period is relatively large, and some parts of them are worn out and damaged and need to be remanufactured and repaired. [0003] In order to reduce costs, worn and damaged parts are usually repaired and then reused. Generally, surfacing welding i...
