A continuous cropping obstacle seriously restricts the sustainable development of strawberry production. Strawberry plant secondary metabolites accumulated in continuous cropping soil year by year is an important factor leading to the continuous cropping obstacle of strawberry production. According to the invention, a strawberry cultivar creeping stem tip is used as an induction material; the continuous cropping soil leaching liquor is used as a mutagenic agent; and on an MS subculture medium with the sublethal concentration of the continuous cropping soil leaching liquor, the tissue culture technology is used to breed the strawberry anti continuous cropping obstacle new germplasm which has the advantages of high resistance stability and high differentiation rate.
