Abstract

The coating comprises trifluorochlor oethylene polymer (FEVE) fluorocarbon resin, an isophorone diisocyanate tripolymer, an epoxy compound, titanium dioxide, precipitated barium sulphate, a flatting agent, a brightener, a stannous octoate catalyst and a plurality of pigments. A preparation method of the powder coating comprises the following steps: firstly, premixing the raw materials of the powder coating; melting and extruding, and crushing into fine powder; finally screening to obtain the product. A bran-new pure fluorocarbon powder coating is prepared from fluorocarbon resin as a base stock under the condition of not doping other resins. Thus, the adhesive force, shock resistance and the surface hardness of the coating are significantly improved, the weather fastness of the coating achieves 30-40 years, the decorative property of the powder coating and the preparation method thereof are not affected, the coating cost can be reduced, and the requirements of domestic users on the weatherproof powder coating are met.
