Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: carrying out reflux extraction for four times by adopting 50% alcohol the volume of which is 16 times the amount of the anaesthetic plantain lily, each time 3 hours, wherein in the sample liquid, the ratio of the amount of crude drugs to the weight of dry resin is 1:4.6, the pH of a sample is equal to 6, the diameter-height ratio of a chromatographic column is 1:25, the flowing speed is controlled to be 1.5BV / h; after complete adsorption, eluting with10BV distilled water, then eluting with10BV 50% alcohol, wherein the flowing speed is controlled to be 4BV / h; concentrating under the reduced pressure until the total flavonoid is dry, and the purity of the obtained total flavonoid is 18.04%.
