Abstract

The sealant consists of a sealant component A and a sealant component B, wherein the sealant component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of polysulfide glue, 20-25 parts of butyl benzyl phthalate, 2-3 parts of nanosilver, 20-30 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 5-7 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 5-10 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 5-7 parts of epoxy resin, 20-28 parts of carbon black and 0.5-0.9 part of a coupling agent; the sealant component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of manganese dioxide, 20-30 parts of butyl benzyl phthalate and 1-2 parts of diphenylguanidine. According to the sealant, the nanosilver is added into the polysulfide sealant as an antifungal agent, aluminum hydroxide as a flame retardant and nano calcium carbonate, nano titanium dioxide and carbon black as reinforcing agents, so that the sealant satisfies the flame retardance requirement and the environment-friendly requirement of European Union ROHS (Restriction Of Hazardous Substances).
