The enzyme yielding activity of the bacillus circulans strain reaches up to over 150 mu / ml. Galactooligosaccharide is produced by conversion through the symbiotic fermentation technology, so that the purity in one pot for reaction is greater than 57%. By replacing the conventional technology of enzyme reaction and fermenting reaction, a series of high purity (greater than 90%) products with different galactooligosaccharide contents can be obtained through chromatograph of a galactooligosaccharide reaction solution obtained.
