The magnetic photocatalysis resource recycling type artificial adsorption floating bed provided by the invention can be thrown for use simply and does not need artificial maintenance at ordinary times; the secondary function recovery can be realized through simple water flushing and sunlight exposure and secondary spraying; and the waste matrix material such as sludge and straw is prepared by the technical means such as exposure and ultrasonic dispersion without addition of any chemical raw materials which can cause secondary pollution, and new environmental pollution is avoided.
