The invention discloses a low-cost black FDM printing filament prepared by utilizing recycled tobacco film
masterbatch as well as a preparation method and application of the printing filament. The black FDM printing filament is prepared from the following raw materials, in parts by weight: 5-40 parts of the recycled tobacco film
masterbatch, 60-95 parts of
polylactic acid, 0.2-3 parts of a compatibilizer, 0.5-1 part of a
toughening agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of an auxiliary agent, and 0.5-1 part of
white oil. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing each
raw material accordingto one corresponding formula ratio, adding the weighed materials into a high-speed mixing
machine, and performing stirring to obtain a material a; and performing
extrusion by a twin-screw extruder, performing
cutting to obtain a material b, and performing
extrusion through a die opening of a twin-screw extruder to obtain the target product. According to the method provided by the invention, the recycled tobacco film
masterbatch low-density
polyethylene (PE) in a Yunnan region and
polylactic acid (PLA) are mixed to prepare the
polymer filament suitable for black 3D printing, the method can finda cheap substitute for 3D printing PLA filament coloring black masterbatch, the printing filament provided by the invention has a good, uniform and non-color-cast coloring effect, and the method broadens an application range of the recycled tobacco film masterbatch, realizes green recycling of PE-based
polymer materials, and provides the novel 3D printing filament.
