Abstract

The invention discloses a metal UV (ultraviolet) coating which consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 35-45% of polyurethane acrylate, 25-30% of ethyl acrylate, 10-15% of carboxyl acrylate, 7-15% of bisphenol A epoxy acrylate, 3-5% of pentaerythritol triacrylate, 1-3% of leveling agent, 0.5-2.5% of antifoaming agent and 1-3% of photoinitiator. According to the metal UV coating disclosed by the invention, the pentaerythritol triacrylate improves the crosslinking density, realizes quick curing and good flexibility and is also used as an active diluent. The multi-element acrylate with hydroxyl has relatively high viscosity, the hydroxyl can offer certain adhesion promotion effect to a cured film, and the multifunctional characteristic can overcome the shortcoming in the activity of PUA polymerization; moreover, the crosslinking density of the cured film is increased, and the sealing property of primer is improved.
