Embodiment Construction

[0017] The invention mainly utilizes the photocatalytic performance of perovskite in the titanium-containing blast furnace slag, the abundant elements beneficial to the growth of wetland plants in the slag, and the high adsorption performance of the titanium-containing blast furnace slag. The photocatalytic principle of perovskite can be described as follows:

[0018] CaTiO 3 + H 2 O → e - + h +

[0019] h + + H 2 O → OH+H +

[0020] o 2 +e - → O 2 -

[0021] ·O 2 - + H + → HO 2 ·

[0022] 2HO 2 · → O 2 + H 2 o 2

[0023] h 2 o 2 + O 2 - → OH + OH - + O 2

[0024] h + + OH - → O

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving an artificial wetland sewage treatment performance by using titanium-containing blast furnace slags. An artificial wetland sewage treatment system adopts a horizontal subsurface flow artificial wetland mode, and comprises a soil layer, a substrate layer, wetland plants and a water distribution system, wherein the soil layer is mixed with titanium-containing blast furnace slag powder, and titanium-containing blast furnace slag fragments for photo-catalysis are embedded into the surface of the soil layer; a material of the substrate layer is the titanium-containing blast furnace slags; the water distribution system comprises crushed stone water distribution areas, crushed stone water collection areas and a water collection pipe; the crushed stone water distribution areas and the crushed stone water collection areas are respectively arranged on two sides of the soil layer and the substrate layer; and the water collection pipe is arranged on the crushed stone water collection area. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that (1) the method is simple in process and easy in implementation; (2) the method is sufficient in raw material and low in price, and has a special photo-catalytic effect; (3) the method can be used for reasonably and effectively solving the problems of valuable resource waste and environmental pollution caused by stacked titanium-containing blast furnace slags and extensive applications.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sewage treatment system, in particular to an artificial wetland system using titanium-containing blast furnace slag as a substrate and plant fertilizer, belonging to the field of environmental protection. Background technique [0002] As a new type of sewage treatment technology, constructed wetland has low construction cost, low operation cost and good treatment effect. It has been widely valued by various countries in recent years. Constructed wetlands are mainly composed of three parts: matrix bed, wetland plants and water body. The substrate is the most important component of the constructed wetland. It provides an attachment surface for the growth of microorganisms, a support carrier for the growth of plants, and is the reaction place for most of the physical, chemical and biological effects in the constructed wetland. The substrates commonly used in constructed wetlands are sand, gravel, fly ash, etc. These materials ...
