The invention relates to an attapulgite-graphite-like carbon nitride composite ceramic microfiltration membrane with photocatalytic performance and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the field of ceramic membranes. The method comprises the steps of preparing casting solution slurry from titanate coupling agent modified attapulgite and melamine; and preparing a wet membrane of the ceramic microfiltration membrane through a dip-coating method, airing at a room temperature and roasting to prepare the attapulgite-graphite-like carbon nitride composite ceramic microfiltration membrane. A separation layer of the ceramic microfiltration membrane is prepared from attapulgite fibers and graphite-like carbon nitride and the attapulgite fibers are disorderly stacked into the separation layer, so that relatively large total porosity and superficial area are provided for the separation layer; coupling of photocatalysis and separation processes can be achieved by using the photocatalytic performance of the graphite-like carbon nitride, and self-cleaning of the membrane is achieved; and the graphite-like carbon nitride is uniformly and dispersedly immobilized on the surface of attapulgite of the membrane through the chemical bonding effect, so that the disadvantages that granular graphite-like carbon nitride is easy to aggregate, difficult to separate and difficult to reuse in the using process are effectively avoided.

The invention discloses a CdS/ZnO composite piezoelectric photocatalyst and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a ZnO nanorod is synthesized through a solvothermal method, and then a chemical bath is carried out to synthesize the CdS/ZnO composite piezoelectric photocatalyst by taking the ZnO nanorod as a precursor through the action of electrostatic adsorption. The catalyst is a piezoelectric photocatalyst formed by compounding CdS and ZnO which have piezoelectric properties, the catalyst utilizes a piezoelectric electric field to promotethe separation of photo-generated carriers for enhancing the photocatalytic activity, the interior and space separation of the photo-generated carriers is also achieved, thereby reducing the recombination of the photo-generated carriers and increasing the utilization rate of the solar energy, and the piezoelectric photocatalytic rate reaches 5.477 min<-1>, which is four times of the photocatalytic efficiency of CdS alone. The CdS/ZnO composite piezoelectric photocatalyst and the preparation method and application thereof have the advantages that the raw materials are easy to obtain, the preparation method is simple, the operation is convenient, the stability of the composite material is better, and a feasible strategy is provided for improving the photocatalytic performance.

The core-shell structure hybrid sol is prepared by using a photocatalysis nanoparticle as a core and polymerizing a layer of organic polymer on the surface of the nanoparticle by an in situ polymerization method. A film coating solution prepared by the sol can directly coat the surface of an organic substrate under the normal temperature condition to form a layer of transparent thin film; through one surface, in contact with the organic substrate, of the thin film, the photocatalysis nanoparticle can be effectively adhered, and a self isolation effect is achieved, so the destroy of a nanometer photocatalyst on the organic substrate in a use process is effectively avoided; after certain UV (ultraviolet) light or sunlight irradiation, organic matters at an outermost layer can be decomposed and micronized by the nanometer photocatalyst, so that the nanometer photocatalyst is exposed, and thus the whole coating has good self cleaning and contamination resistant performance; in addition, the thin film also has the function of absorbing and isolating ultraviolet rays; the protection effects such as color retention and aging resisting on the organic substrate can be achieved.

The invention discloses a novel nanometer titanium dioxide self-cleaning fluorine-carbon aluminum single sheet as well as a low-temperature preparation method and application thereof. The surface of the fluorine-carbon aluminum single sheet is coated with a self-cleaning nanometer titanium dioxide film or a nanometer titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide composite film; the film is uniformly distributed on the surface of the fluorine-carbon aluminum single sheet, and thickness of the film is 1-3 micrometers; and after being irradiated by ultraviolet light, the nanometer titanium dioxide film has super-hydrophilic property and photocatalytic property, thus, the self-cleaning effect is realized. The novel nanometer titanium dioxide self-cleaning fluorine-carbon aluminum single sheet related in the invention has the following advantages: (1) the thickness of the titanium dioxide film is uniform, nanometer titanium dioxide crystal particles are uniformly distributed, and the titanium dioxide film has super-hydrophilic property and a better self-cleaning function; (2) the film has photocatalytic property, so that residual organic pollutants on the surface of the film can be decomposed, and the self-cleaning effect is further improved; and (3) the original performances, such as weatherproof performance, chemical corrosion resistance and the like, of the fluorine-carbon aluminum single sheet are retained.

The hydrothermal synthesis method comprises the following steps: according to the substance ratio of 1:1:4, respectively weighing didpyridine[3,2-a:2',3'-c]henazine-2-dicarboxylic acid, phosphotungstic acid and chromic chloride hexahydrate solids; transferring three solids in the step (A) into a flask, adding deionized water for dissolving, and agitating for ten minutes so as to be fully mixed; transferring the mixture in the step (B) into a reaction kettle for performing hydrothermal reaction; after the hydrothermal reaction is completed, naturally cooling to room temperature, washing with deionized water, and drying to obtain organic columnar crystals, namely photocatalyst [Co2(HDPPZC)4(Cl)2(H2O)2](PW<12>O<40>).7H2O. According to the hydrothermal synthesis method, a well crystallized product can be directly obtained by adopting intermediate-temperature liquid phase control, high-temperature calcination and crystallization are not required, and the energy consumption is relatively low.
