system comprises a
wastewater buffer
pool, a collection
pool, a
flocculation sedimentation pool, an
ammonia distillation device, an
ammonium sulfate production device, a
clean water pool and a deep treatment mechanism; the water outlet of the
wastewater buffer pool is communicated with the water inlet of the collection pool, the water outlet of the collection pool is communicated with the water inlet of the
flocculation sedimentation pool, the clear water outlet of the
flocculation sedimentation pool is communicated with the water inlet of the
ammonia distillation device, the gas outlet of the ammonia
distillation device is communicated with the gas inlet of the
ammonium sulfate production device, and the water outlet of the ammonia distillation device is communicated with the water inlet of the clear
water pool; the water outlet of the
clean water tank is communicated with the water inlet of the advanced treatment mechanism; and the
clean water pool is provided with an acid liquor conveying port and an alkali liquor conveying port. The problems that in the prior art, a high-salt, high-ammonia-
nitrogen and high-
hardness wastewater treatment method is large in treatment
energy consumption, precipitates are prone to blockage, and the water recycling rate is low are solved. The
system is simple in structure, low in treatment
energy consumption, easy to maintain, reasonable in structural design and capable of meeting the requirement for wastewater treatment.
