Abstract

The invention discloses a light-cured compound colour paste composition for pigment printing, a preparation method and a processing method, relating to the technical field of textile dyeing and printing. The composition comprises acrylate copolymer, terminated epoxyl siloxane, an epoxyl siloxane hybrid, a photoinitiator and an organic pigment. The preparation method and the processing method comprise the following steps: adding acrylate copolymer into a container; then, sequentially adding terminated epoxyl siloxane, the epoxyl siloxane hybrid, the photoinitiator and the organic pigment and sufficiently stirring, wherein each reaction raw material is uniformly stirred after being added; and processing a fabric with the prepared composition, and then, performing crosslinking fixation for 1 minute under the conditions of 300 W/cm of ultraviolet intensity and 16 cm at height. The composition disclosed by the invention is used for pigment printing, the fabric processed by the composition is soft in hand feeling, high in wear resistance and fastness to washing and resistant to water, and the composition is good in colour paste stability and high in curing speed and can be widely applied to fabric dyeing and printing.
