Abstract

The invention also discloses a sludge cake drying and stink treatment method by using the treatment device. By using the wet carburizing reactor to treat the sludge, the organic constituents are utilized to generate heat and lower the water content of the sludge; and the three-phase latent heat recovery device is utilized to dry the sludge cake to be treated, so that the water content of the sludge cake can be lowered to 30-40% to 0%. The water content of the treated sludge cake is greatly lowered, thereby maintaining the original nutrients and heat energy and achieving better effects in incineration, land reclamation and composting.
