Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, electrolytic silver is widely used in the production of formaldehyde by silver method as a catalyst for the chemical reaction of methanol oxidative dehydrogenation. Although it has a history of more than 50 years in China, the preparation process of electrolytic silver has not changed until now.
[0004] The problem existing in the traditional electrolytic silver catalyst production process is that the ordinary silicon rectified DC electrolysis power supply contains 30% non-DC components, resulting in short silver fibers formed by electrolysis, and the excessive non-DC components make the temperature of the silver nitrate liquid in the electrolytic tank too high. The liner cooling water tank is required in the electrolysis operation, the equipment is large in size, the output of electrolytically purified silver wire is low, and the power consumption of electrolysis is large
[0006] The power consumption of traditional silver electrolysis equipment is 720w in an electrolytic tank of the same capacity. Generally, 4 tanks are a complete set of silver catalyst electrolytic silver purification equipment. Silver 3kg, power consumption 3kwh

Embodiment Construction

[0013] The special electrolytic power supply scheme that replaces the traditional silicon rectifier DC power supply is that a large amount of AC or pulsating components in the DC power must be filtered out to ensure that the useful DC pulsating components are less than 0.1-1%. Because the useless current will do heat work in the electrolytic solution, consume the effective components of the electrolyte, and the heat emitted will aggravate the temperature rise and unfavorable cooling control, wasting cooling water resources and electric energy. During the operation, silver nitrate liquid may accidentally drop into the cooling water bushing tank, and water pollution may occur.

[0014] The long-acting catalyst electrolysis equipment implemented in the present invention is composed of an electrolysis current source, an electrolysis tank and cathode and anode electrode plates. The characteristic of the electrolytic cell is that the two sets of cells on the left and right are recta...

Abstract

The invention discloses long-acting catalyst electrolysis equipment; and four ways of electrolytic current sources, two sets of eight electrolytic cells and positive and negative electrode plates form complete equipment. The pulsation component of direct current for primary electrolysis is not more than 0.1%; and the pulsation component of the direct current for secondary electrolysis is 1%. The negative electrode plates of all independent electrolytic cells are silver plates, and the positive electrode plates thereof are ruthenium-titanium electrodes; the area ratio of dipping the positive and negative electrode plates of primary electrolytic cells in electrolyte is 44: 1; and the area ratio of dipping the positive and negative electrode plates of secondary electrolytic cells in the electrolyte is 22: 1. The automatic constant current of an electrolytic power supply in the complete equipment controls the working current needed by the electrolytic cells, and guarantees the liquid level temperature of silver nitrate. The heat in the electrolysis process is always located in an optical state; the natural release heat temperature is within 50 DEG C without needing cooling water; 6-7 kg of electrolytic silver can be prepared in 24 hours; and the power consumption is only 3 kwh.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention provides a silver catalyst electrolysis device used in methanol oxidation dehydrogenation chemical reaction. The catalyst required for formaldehyde production in the chemical industry is generally electrolytic silver, and the service life of traditional electrolytic silver catalysts is about 60 to 90 days. The long-acting silver catalyst processed by the electrolytic equipment of the present invention can continuously supply formaldehyde for 120 to 180 days. Its excellent performance in the field of industrial formaldehyde production is characterized by good air permeability, low resistance, slow rise in resistance of the catalytic bed, and low energy consumption of the air supply system. [0002] The long-acting silver catalyst electrolysis equipment of the present invention can obtain twice the output of electrolytic silver of traditional equipment, and the electrolysis process with low power consumption does not generate excessive heat,...
