Embodiment 1

[0014] (1) Preparation of chitosan CCTS cross-linked by epichlorohydrin: Weigh 6.0 g of soluble chitosan and dissolve it in 320 mL of 1% acetic acid solution. While vigorously stirring, slowly add 6 mL of epichlorohydrin, gradually Add 50mL of 5% sodium hydroxide dropwise, and continue to react for 18h until a white solid is formed. After suction filtration, wash with water until neutral, then rinse with a small amount of acetone, dry, grind, and use a 0.075mm pore size sieve Sift for later use.

[0015] (2) Sample treatment: Weigh 0.200g of the environmental sample into a quartz beaker, add 10mL of high-grade pure nitric acid to digest at low temperature, wait until the color of the organic matter changes from brown to light yellow, add 1mL of perchloric acid to continue the digestion, until the white smoke is exhausted, The solution is almost dry, after cooling, dissolve it with 25mL of 1% nitric acid, then add 1mL of 5% potassium periodate and 2mL of concentrated nitric aci...

Embodiment 2

[0018] Embodiment two: sample determination

[0019] Take the processed oyster and human hair standard samples, and measure the manganese content according to the experimental procedure described in Example 1, and the results are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting trace manganese in an environmental sample, belonging to the field of a detection method of the environmental sample. The method comprises the steps of weighing 0.200g of environmental sample, and putting the environmental sample into a quartz beaker; feeding 10mL of top-grade pure nitric acid, and carrying out low-temperature decomposition; when the color of organic matter is changed into light yellow from brown, feeding 1mL of perchloric acid into the organic matter, and continuously decomposing until white smoke is not produced and the solution is nearly dry; cooling, and then decomposing by 25mL of 1% nitric acid; then, feeding 1mL of 5% potassium periodate and 2mL of concentrated nitric acid into the solution, heating and boiling; after reddish color appears, carrying out micro-boiling for 3 minutes; adjusting the pH value of the obtained solution to be 3, and pouring the solution into a conical flask, wherein 30mg of cross-linked chitosan (CCTS) which is subjected to cross linking by epichlorohydrin is contained in the conical flask; oscillating for 30 minutes on a constant temperature shaking table, and filtering; eluting the adsorbed CCTS subjected to cross-linking by epichlorohydrin by 10 drops of 10% hydroxylamine hydrochloride, and making up the volume to be 5ml; and measuring the content of manganese by a flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is simple, convenient, rapid, high in repeatability and low in detection limit, has an accurate result and has a relatively high practical value when being used for detecting the trace manganese in the environmental sample.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting trace amounts of manganese in environmental samples, belonging to the field of detection methods for environmental samples. Background technique [0002] Manganese is one of the essential trace elements for the human body. Deficiency of manganese can cause abnormal bone growth and arteriosclerosis, but excessive intake can also cause manganese poisoning and damage the central nervous system. Therefore, it is of great significance to detect the content of trace manganese in environmental samples. The content of manganese in environmental samples such as oysters and human hair is low and difficult to be directly measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. [0003] Therefore, it is necessary to develop a method for the detection of trace manganese in environmental samples with high accuracy, high repeatability, simple operation and low detection limit. Contents of the invention [0004] The inventi...
