Abstract

A solvothermal synthesis method of nanometer zinc oxide is provided. According to the method, zinc acetate dihydrate is adopted as a raw material, sodium hydroxide is adopted as a basifier and polyvinylpyrrolidone is adopted as an additive. The method includes steps of: adding ethanol into a hydrothermal kettle until the filling degree is 0.6; adding the additive that is the polyvinylpyrrolidone, the raw material that is the zinc acetate dihydrate and the basifier that is the sodium hydroxide in to the solution; stirring for 20-40 min; sealing the hydrothermal kettle; putting the hydrothermal kettle into a baking oven; heating to 50-200 DEG C; maintaining the temperature for 0.5-3 h; naturally cooling; subjecting the obtained product to centrifugation; washing with deionized water and ethanol; and drying to obtain a nanometer zinc oxide product with different morphologies.
