Abstract

The polypropylene composite material adopts a blend which comprises 70%-90% of polypropylene, 0.01%-1% of the alginate copper ion inhibitor, 0.1%-10% of inorganic filler, 0.1%-0.5% of an antioxidant, 0.1%-0.3% of an ultraviolet absorbent and 5%-20% of a fire retardant. According to the method, raw materials are mixed into a mixture proportionally, and the mixture is extruded by a double-screw extruder and made into granules through cold water drafting, cutting and granulation. According to the method, the alginate copper ion inhibitor is adopted and has high chelation capacity on metal ions, the chelation stability constant is large, the metal ions are not prone to dissociation after chelation, the alginate copper ion inhibitor has high capability of inhibiting of heavy metal ion catalysis aging, and the polypropylene composite material has a remarkable copper inhibition effect and has advantages of good solubility with resin, no migration, no pollution, water resistance, good oil extraction property, no influence on resin electrical insulation property and other properties and the like.
