Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of eucalyptus-based magnetic active carbon. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) sawing eucalyptus into blocks, washing and drying; then carbonizing, crushing and sieving by a 60-mesh sieve; (2) weighing eucalyptus carbon, K2CO3 and FeCl3 at a mass ratio of 1 to (0.5-1) to (0.5-2) and mixing; adding de-ionized water at a ratio of adding 10mL of the de-ionized water into 1g of the eucalyptus carbon; stirring and mixing uniformly; carrying out constant-temperature vibration and immersion for 4-7 hours in a vibrator at the temperature of 55 DEG C and the rotary speed of 100r / min-150r / min; putting a mixture into an electric heating air blowing drying oven of 110 DEG C and drying for 8-12 hours; putting the product into a muffle furnace of 600-900 DEG C to be activated for 60-120 minutes; and (4) immersing with the de-ionized water and washing with the de-ionized water until the pH of washing liquid is 6-8; and drying, grinding and crushing, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the eucalyptus-based magnetic active carbon.
