Abstract

The production method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials, namely mixing blast furnace slag, graystone, fly ash, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide and wollastonite, and melting the mixture into a liquid mixture; (2) preparing fibers, namely continuously feeding the liquid mixture into a centrifugal roll rotating at a high speed to ensure that the liquid mixture is coagulated into filamentary fiber yarns under the action of centrifugal turning and air cooling, and the fiber yarns are collected for forming under the blasting of a blast blower; (3) loosening wool; (4) preparing mucilage; (5) mixing materials, namely adding the prepared mucilage and the loosened slag wool fibers into a stirring machine according to a certain proportion to perform mixed stirring to ensure that the mucilage is uniformly distributed on fiber surfaces, thereby obtaining a uniform mixed material capable of being used for forming; and (6) obtaining a finished product.
