Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a novel dispersing-type high-concentration high-molecular-weight polyacrylamide product which uses water as a solvent. The retention aid is polymerized and synthesized by deionized water, acrylamide monomer, dimethylamino-acetate chloro-benzyl acrylate, polyamine, ammonium sulfate and a mirabilite initiating liquid. The method is characterized by constant temperature and constant polymerization of kettle polymerization. According to the method, the 'water-in-water' emulsion paper-making retention aid is prepared by the constant-temperature constant polymerization method. The reacting polymerization process is easy to control, a product which is prepared under a reacting condition of initiating by the initiator and regulated by controlling the temperature in a range of 36-42 DEG C has high quality, and the emulsion is uniform and soluble and is particularly suitable for continuous feeding of a paper machine; and the product can be completely dissolved in 10 minutes, and be stored for half a year without deteriorating. The method is easy for industrial application.
