Abstract

The lubricating oil is prepared from the following raw materials: vegetable oil, mineral oil, calcium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, tert-butyl p-hydroxyanisole, sulfurized isobutylene, alkoxy phosphate, polyethylene glycol distearate, rosin, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate and silane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding a quarter of the total weight of rosin into the vegetable oil, then sequentially adding calcium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and tert-butyl p-hydroxyanisole and fully mixing to obtain a mixture A; (2) fully mixing sulfurized isobutylene, alkoxy phosphate, polyethylene glycol distearate and propyl p-hydroxybenzoate to obtain a mixture B; and (3) adding the rest of rosin into the mineral oil and mixing, adding the mixture A and then adding silane and the mixture B and fully stirring to obtain the lubricating oil composition.
