Abstract

The invention discloses a DC-DC switching circuit which comprises a first power switch tube (MP1), a second power switch tube (MN1), a sampling resistor (R0), a third power switch tube (MP0) and a current sampling module, wherein the first power switch tube (MP1) and the second power switch tube (MN1) are connected between supply voltage VDD and the ground terminal GND in series, the sampling resistor (R0) and the third power switch tube (MP0) are connected with the two ends of the first power switch tube (MP1) in parallel and connected in series, and the current sampling module comprises a voltage-current converting unit, a current difference value unit and a current-voltage converting unit. The voltage-current converting unit is used for converting voltage of the two ends of the sampling resistor (R0) into current magnitudes. The current difference value unit is utilized for solving a difference value of the two current magnitudes. The current-voltage converting unit converts the difference value into a voltage signal to output Vsense to a PMW comparator. The on-off state of the first power switch tube and the on-off state of the second power switch tube are controlled by a detection signal received by the PMW comparator. The DC-DC switching circuit can well sample the currents passing through the power tubes and converts the currents into voltage to be output.
