Abstract

Observation on the treatment effect of the MnSODm compound on the 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) induced rat UC indicates that the MnSODm has an obvious treatment effect on the TNBS induced rat UC; and therefore, the MnSODm can be used for preparing UC treatment medicines, namely that the MnSODm is made into pharmaceutically acceptable preparations by taking the MnSODm as an active ingredient according to conventional processes and accessories.
