The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) raw material preparation; (2) mixing; (3) reflux reaction; and (4) calcination forming. The preparation method is simple to operate and easy to implement. The prepared nano powder pigment is an aluminum oxide metal ion composite nano powder pigment.
