Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method and construction technique of a special adhesive for EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) granules, belonging to the field of athletic facility materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating 30-50 parts of polyether glycol to 100-120 DEG C, and dehydrating and degassing under the vacuum degree of -0.095MPa below for 0.5-1.5 hours until the moisture content is less than or equal to 0.05%; cooling to 40-60 DEG C, adding 15-30 parts of diisocyanate and 10-20 parts of paraffin, heating to 75-85 DEG C, and stirring for 1.5-2.5 hours; adding 10-20 parts of acrylic resin and 0.5-1 part of antiaging agent, and continuing stirring at 75-85 DEG C for 1-2 hours; and stopping stirring, and dehydrating and degassing under the vacuum degree of -0.095MPa below for 0.5-1 hour, thereby obtaining the material. Compared with the traditional normal-tempearture adhesive, the adhesive provided by the invention can be used for laying the court under the conditions of normal temperature and pressure, and thus, has the advantages of higher cost performance and better performance indexes.
