Abstract

According to the invention, a porous anode oxidized aluminum membrane (AAO) acts as a mold plate, analytic pure Pb(CH3COO)2, Na2S2O3 and TiF4 act as raw materials, and a layer-upon-layer liquid phase assembling technique is adopted, and finally the double-layer composite nano tube array of TiO2 coated PbS can be obtained. The obtained composite nano tube has a double-layer structure, so that the contact area of TiO2 and PbS is increased greatly, and the electron-hole composite probability is reduced, thus facilitating improvement of the photocatalytic performance.
