Embodiment 1

[0020] The method of steam explosion pretreatment for anaerobic digestion of banana stalks to produce gas is as follows: cut off the pseudostem of banana stalks to 10cm, divide each section into 4 equal parts after longitudinal cutting, and dry to a moisture content of 25%; The stalk raw material is vertically loaded into the steam explosion tank, and the filling volume is 50% of the tank volume. The pressure in the steam explosion tank is maintained at 2.0MPa and maintained for 240s, the discharge valve is opened, and the steam-exploded pretreated banana stalk raw materials are released instantly, and the steam-exploded banana stalk raw materials are collected, cooled to room temperature, and the moisture content is maintained. Below 10%, vacuum seal and store at -20°C for later use. Take a certain amount of steam-exploded banana stalk raw material, add inoculation sludge and mix evenly, and then seal and ferment at a medium temperature of 36±1°C for 30 days. The mass ratio o...

[0022] The method of steam explosion pretreatment for anaerobic digestion of banana stalks to produce gas is as follows: cut off the pseudostem of banana stalks to 10cm, divide each section into 4 equal parts after longitudinal cutting, and dry to a moisture content of 25%; The stalk raw material is vertically loaded into the steam explosion tank, and the filling volume is 80% of the tank volume. The pressure in the steam explosion tank is maintained at 3.0MPa and the pressure is maintained for 240s. Open the discharge valve, and instantly depressurize and release the steam-exploded pretreated banana stalk raw materials. Collect the steam-exploded banana stalk raw materials, cool to room temperature, and maintain the moisture content. Below 10%, vacuum seal and store at -20°C for later use. Take a certain amount of steam-exploded banana stalk raw material, add inoculation sludge and mix evenly, and then seal and ferment at a medium temperature of 36±1°C for 30 days. The mass r...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of improving anaerobic digestion biogas production by solid residues of banana stalk through pre-treatment of steam explosion, wherein the method mainly comprises following steps: 1) material preparation: cross-cutting and longitudinally-cutting the banana stalk with moisture content controlled to be 20-50%; (2) steam explosion: feeding saturated steam until the pressure in a pot is 2.0-3.5 MPa and maintaining the pressure for 90-240 s, and instantly releasing the saturated steam; (3) material collection: collecting the raw materials subjected to the steam explosion and cooling the raw materials for later use; (4) anaerobic digestion: adding a certain amount of inoculation sludge to the pre-treated raw material, uniformly mixing the inoculation sludge with the raw material and performing sealed fermentation. Through the method, semi-cellulose and lignin in the raw material of banana stalk can be effectively degraded, thereby increasing the conversion utilization rate and the methane producing potential of the raw material of banana stalk. The method is simple in operation and is green and environmental-friendly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of solid waste treatment and resource utilization, in particular to a method for pretreating banana stalk waste by steam explosion technology and improving the gas production potential of anaerobic digestion. Background technique [0002] my country is the second largest banana producer in the world, and the banana industry, as a pillar industry of tropical agriculture in my country, is of great significance to increasing farmers' income and increasing agricultural efficiency. According to the statistics of FAO in 2012, my country's banana output reached 10.55 million tons, accounting for 10.3% of the world's total output. With the vigorous development of the banana industry, a large number of by-products of banana stalks cannot be effectively treated and utilized, and are piled up in the fields, which not only wastes resources but also pollutes the environment. According to statistics, about 18 million tons of banan...
