Abstract

The invention discloses a carbendazim-degrading bacterium MBC‑6F, which was preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection on December 31, 2014, with the preservation number CCTCC NO: M 2014680. The carbendazim-degrading bacteria MBC‑6F was isolated and screened in the soil. It was identified as Microbacterium sp.MBC‑6F by 16S rDNA, which can directly produce specific degradation effect on carbendazim. According to HPLC analysis, MBC‑6F can degrade carbendazim within 72 hours. Completely degrade 40µM carbendazim, the optimum degradation temperature is 37℃, and the optimum degradation acidity is pH 7.0. The main degradation products determined by HPLC-MS are 2-aminobenzimidazole and 2-hydroxybenzimidazole. The 16S rDNA sequence of the strain was disclosed for the first time, as well as the degradation efficiency and product analysis of carbendazim.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms, relates to a new genus Microbacterium (Microbacterium), in particular to a bacterium of the genus Microbacterium MBC-6F capable of degrading carbendazim (carbendazim, MBC) and the degradation of carbendazim by the bacterium Determination. Background technique [0002] Carbendazim (carbendazim), also known as cotton wilting, befenti, benzimidazole No. 44, English trade name MBC, relative molecular mass is 191.2, molecular formula is: C 9 h 9 N 3 0 2 , Carbendazim is a broad-spectrum fungicide. Since 2011, the annual usage has been about 40,000 tons. In 2012, the number of its registered products reached 857. There are nearly ten kinds of emulsions and seed coatings. In my country, carbendazim is widely used in the prevention and control of diseases of wheat, fruit trees, tea leaves, vegetables, etc., and is also used for post-harvest preservation of fruits. In agriculture, it is mainl...
