The invention relates to polyimide containing a benzimidazole unit and a preparation method thereof. The polyimide has the following structural formula. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, performing the reaction on 2,6-disubstituted aniline and aldehyde under the acidic condition to generate a diamine compound 3,3',5,5'-tetra-substituted aromatic diamine; and then, after mixing the synthesized aromatic diamine and a heterocyclic diamine monomer 6-aminophenyl-2-aminobenzimidazole according to a certain ratio, performing the reaction on the mixture and a dianhydride monomer in an organic solvent to obtain the polyimide. The polyimide provided by the invention has excellent solubility property, can be dissolved in conventional solvents such as NMP (N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone) and DMAc (dimethyl acetamide), has excellent heat resistance and mechanical property and has excellent thermal properties of glass-transition temperature of over 410 DEG C, decomposition temperature of over 500 DEG C and the like.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium formate, 2-aminobenzimidazole and 2-methylimidazole into deionized water so as to obtain a mixed solution; dissolving zinc salt into N,N-dimethyl formamide so as to obtain a zinc salt solution; performing mixing reaction on the mixed solution and the zinc salt solution, and performing centrifugation, washing and drying so as to obtain an NH2-ZIF-8 nano material; and soaking a substrate membrane into an organic phase solution, pouring off an organic phase solution on the substrate membrane, naturally drying in air, soaking the substrate membrane into a water-phase solution, pouring off the water-phase solution on the substrate membrane, cleaning the surface of the substrate membrane with deionized water, and drying in air at room temperature, thereby obtaining an NH2-ZIF-8 / polyamide composite membrane. The prepared NH2-ZIF-8 / polyamide composite membrane is used for separating gases such as CO2, N2, H2, CH4 and NOx, and the permeability and the selectivity of the membrane can be improved.

A carbendazim monoclonal antibody labelled by fluorescent microspheres is embedded into the combination releasing pad, and a detecting area and a quality control area are fixed to the nitrocellulose membrane. A carbendazim hapten-carrier protein conjugate is sprayed in the detecting area, and an anti-sheep and anti-mouse antibody is sprayed in the qualitycontrol area. A carbendazim hapten is obtained in the mode of reacting of 2-aminobenzimidazole with butanedioic anhydride. The invention further provides the preparation method of the test strip and amethod for detecting the carbendazim in samples by applying the test strip. The time resolution fluorescent immunochromatographic test strip and the detecting method provided by the invention have the advantages that operation is easy, sensitivity is high, the detecting speed is high, and the cost is low, and the carbendazim in the large-batch samples can be detected quickly and monitored on site.

A carbendazim-degrading bacterium mbc-6f and its application

The invention discloses a carbendazim-degrading bacterium MBC‑6F, which was preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection on December 31, 2014, with the preservation number CCTCC NO: M 2014680. The carbendazim-degrading bacteria MBC‑6F was isolated and screened in the soil. It was identified as Microbacterium sp.MBC‑6F by 16S rDNA, which can directly produce specific degradation effect on carbendazim. According to HPLC analysis, MBC‑6F can degrade carbendazim within 72 hours. Completely degrade 40µM carbendazim, the optimum degradation temperature is 37℃, and the optimum degradation acidity is pH 7.0. The main degradation products determined by HPLC-MS are 2-aminobenzimidazole and 2-hydroxybenzimidazole. The 16S rDNA sequence of the strain was disclosed for the first time, as well as the degradation efficiency and product analysis of carbendazim.
