The invention discloses a 2-aminobenzimidazole sterilization
microsphere, and a synthetic method and application thereof. The synthetic method comprises the following steps: (1), a chloromethylated bead is used as a parent compound, 2-aminobenzimidazole is used as a ligand, a catalyst of
metal sodium is added, and under the protection of
nitrogen gas, stirring is performed for 10-12h at a rotation speed of 200rpm at a temperature of 70-90 DEG C, washing is finished, and
vacuum drying is performed at a temperature of 50 DEG C; and (2), the material obtained in the step (1) is placed in a reaction vessel,
propylene oxide is added under the
atmosphere of
nitrogen gas, stirring is performed for 5-7h at a temperature of 15-25 DEG C,
benzyl chloride is added to the reaction vessel, reaction is performed for 5-7h at
room temperature with stirring, then
filtration is performed, and washing is repeatedly performed by using
ethanol and
distilled water in a
filtration process, and the filtered
microsphere is subjected to
vacuum drying at a temperature of 50 DEG C, so that the water-insoluble immobilized sterilization
microsphere is obtained. The
raw material of the obtained sterilization microsphere is the chloromethylated bead, and the chloromethylated bead has relatively high
mechanical strength and
physical stability, the source is wide, the price is low, and the
economic benefits are remarkable. The synthetic method of the composite sterilization microsphere provided in the invention is convenient in operation, green and economic, and has good application prospect.
