Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing side-chain fluorine-containing water-based polyurethane with reasonable cost and simple process. It first reacts with HMDI, PPG and HTPB as raw materials, then adds DMBA to prepare a prepolymer, and then adds triethylamine to neutralize the reaction , poured into an ice solution dissolved in ethylenediamine to emulsify and extend the chain, and finally add fluorine-containing acrylate monomers for radical polymerization to obtain side chain fluorine-containing water-based polyurethane emulsion. The fluorine-containing aqueous polyurethane emulsion obtained by the invention has good storage stability, and exhibits good surface properties and mechanical properties after film formation.
