Abstract

The present invention discloses a transparent and low-melting-point PE (polyethylene) plastic film and belongs to the technical field of plastic films. The plastic film is prepared by taking PE and an EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) resin regulator as basic raw materials; adding a macromolecular copolymer and an organic catalyst and performing blow molding, wherein the addition content sum of the macromolecular copolymer and the organic catalyst is 15%. The prepared PE plastic film is improved in aspects of toughness, transparency, thermal viscosity, heat-seal temperature and low odor, and also has the characteristics of low melting point, high transparency, high toughness and the like. The plastic film is mainly applied to inner package of synthetic rubber products. During synthetic rubber processing of a rubber processing enterprise, synthetic rubber packaged by the plastic film is directly molten without package dismounting, which replaces the fact that synthetic rubber packaged by the traditional plastic film is molten after package dismounting; great improvements are achieved in aspects of process operation and economic costs.
