Abstract

The invention discloses an HPLC method for determining whether chrysanthemums is subjected to sulphitation. The method comprises the steps of: (1) extracting chrysanthemum to be detected by water, alcohol or an aqueous solution of alcohol to obtain a detection sample; (2) detecting the sample by using HPLC, wherein the chromatographic conditions are as follows: a column of C18 column; detection wavelength of 350+ / -5nm; mobile phases: A of acetonitrile or methanol, and B of a solution containing 0.05-0.2% by volume of organic acid; gradient elution process: 0-10min, 12-16% A; 10-11min, 16-20% A; 11-25min, 20-26% A; and 25-55min, 26%-65% A.
